Where did she sleep?
I think that it makes more sense for them to be in the American league (Canada being in North America, anyway) than in the National league, which would seem more reasonably to include only U.S. teams.
For the record, I did acknowledge to him that Canada was in North America...however I maintain that the name "American League" is a bit of a misnomer. Now, how do you explain the "National" Hockey League, which includes Canada-based teams? ;)
